How To Order
Online Ordering Process
1. Select a product category from the side bar, or enter either a product name or product number in the search field at the top right of the website pages and then click "Go". You can also click one of the following links located on Categories Box on the left hand side of the page "View All Products", "All Products Sorted By Categories" or All Products Sorted By Manufacturers".
2. If you click on a product category on the side bar, you will then be able to choose a specific manufacturer, or other avialable sub-categories if they are available.
3. You will now be able to view all products and corresponding product photos with a product description. Click on any product photo to enlarge photo or the text link to view detailed product information. To purchase from this page click on the "Buy Now" button located on the right.
4. If you choose to view the detailed product description before purchasing, you can add the product to your cart by clicking on the "Buy Now" button located under the price at the top of the page or click on the "Add To Cart" button located at the bottom of the product details.
5. Your shopping cart will appear on the next page showing you the contents. If you need to change the quantity or remove an item make the corrections and click the "Update" button just below the cart.
6. If you would prefer to have your item delivered by Next Day, Second Day or Three Day, scroll down and enter your zip code then click the "Recalculate" link to get a shipping quote.
7. If you wish to order another product, click on the "Continue Shopping" button just below your cart information and repeat steps #1-4 above.
8. When you are satisfied with the items in your cart, click the "Checkout" button located under your cart on the right.
9. You will then have the option of logging in as a "Returning Customer", creating an account under the "New Customer" section or "Proceed Directly To Checkout".
10. If you are a Returning customer, just enter your email and password and our system will complete the required fields with your infromation you entered when you created your account.
11. If you choose to create an account under the New Customer section, all your information will be saved, except your credit card information, and you will not have to go through the process of entering it on future orders. You will also be able to check the status of your orders, print invoices, view previous orders and receive special promotions only offerd to Discount Pool customers.
12. If you choose to Proceed Diretly to Checkout, you can enter your shipping and billing information and complete your tranaction in a timely manner.
13. After you have chosen to login, create an account or proceed to checkout, you will need to either verify your personal information or enter the information for the 1st time. Click the "Continue" button once you have finished. All of this information is kept strictly confidential, and we never disclose this to any third party not directly involved with fulfilling your order. We do not rent, sell or lease our customer list.
14. The next page will display the available shipping options and rates for your purchase. The default will always be the lowest, but you do have the option to upgrade to Next Day, Second Day or Three Day. There is also a blank white area just below the shipping options, you can enter any comments you would like here. Most people use this are for special delivery instructions, but feel free to notify us of any special need. Click the "Continue" button once you are finished.
15. The next page is the Payment Information. If you are paying buy credit card, click the circle to the right of the credit card logos, and then enter the credit card information. If your billing address is different than the shipping address, enter it into the comments section below the coupon area. If you are paying by check click the circle to the right of the check option and continue with the checkout process. All check shoud be sent to FunBackyard, Inc. PO Box 940 Seguin, TX 78156.
16. If you are using a coupon for your purchase enter the coupon code in the space provided and click the "Redeem" button to the right.
17. Once you have entered the payment information, click the "Continue" button.
18. The next page will be the Order Confirmation page. Please verify that all the information is correct. After verifying, click the Confirm Order button on the bottom right and you will be finished.
19. To print an invoice click the Invoice button on the next page. This will open up in a new window, so please make sure you have any pop up blockers turned off.
20. Please be sure to include your daytime phone number so that we may contact you if there are questions regarding your order.
Note: All items and prices are subject to verification during processing. You will be contacted prior to the final completion of your order if a situation requires attention.
Telephone Ordering Process
We understand that some people are just not comfortable ordering over the internet. We are available for telephone orders Monday through Friday from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm CST. To place your order over the phone, just give us a call at 1-877-656-2427.
Fax Ordering Process
You are always welcome to fax your order in to us. If you would like, you can complete the checkout process on the website, and choose the payment by check as the payment option and notify us in the comments section that you will fax in the payment details. Print out your order invoice and fax it along with the credit card information. If you prefer to not use the checkout process, please provide us with your contact information, item(s) to be purchased and payment information. We will contact you to verify your order during the next business day. Please fax all orders to Attn: Order Dept. 1-210-568-4363.
Mail In Orders
You are always welcome to mail your order in to us. If you would like, you can complete the checkout process on the website, and choose the payment by check as the payment option and notify us in the comments section that you will mail in the payment. Print out your order invoice and mail it along with the credit card information or check. If you prefer to not use the checkout process, please provide us with your contact information, item(s) to be purchased and payment. We will contact you to verify your order as soon as we receive it.
